1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or installing and using any MavoSoft Shopify application (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

MavoSoft provides Shopify app development, storefront design, store migrations, and ongoing support services to Shopify merchants. Specific apps we publish are subject to their own listing terms on the Shopify App Store, which supplement these Terms of Service.

3. Use License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your own Shopify store. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any app or software we provide
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our Services without written permission
Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Shopify's own terms
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's data

4. Shopify App Usage

Installing one of our apps grants it access to the store data and permissions you approve during installation. We only request the scopes needed for the app to function, and you may revoke access at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your Shopify store and account credentials
Ensuring the information you provide us is accurate and up to date
Complying with all applicable laws and Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy
Any activity that occurs through your store while our apps are installed

6. Fees and Payment

Where a Service has a fee, pricing is disclosed before purchase, either on the Shopify App Store listing or in a proposal we send you directly. Recurring app charges are billed through Shopify's billing system and are subject to Shopify's own refund and cancellation mechanics.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and materials associated with our Services, excluding your own store data, remain the property of MavoSoft or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MavoSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our Services at any time by uninstalling our apps and discontinuing use of our website.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
